Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service cost to the card on file.
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
- Rescheduling will only be allowed if client has paid any cancellation fees.

- Our treatments are carefully scheduled to ensure availability for all clients, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect our ability to serve others.
- The 24-hour notice gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client, which helps us maintain efficiency and fairness.
