Cancellation Policy

At Skin Refresh Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. To ensure that all our clients receive the highest level of service, we have implemented the following 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:


Cancellations:

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.



Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service cost to the card on file.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
  • Rescheduling will only be allowed if client has paid any cancellation fees.

  • Our treatments are carefully scheduled to ensure availability for all clients, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect our ability to serve others.
